Tharaa aims to be a breeding ground for young and upcoming finance professionals from Prince Sultan University (PSU). It provides an opportunity to select students to go through a rigorous seven-month Coop program. The major focus areas of the program include developing analytical thinking, financial modeling, and research report writing skills. Students receive individual attention and hands-on exposure to daily activities of the center.
