Tadawul Review: ‎

Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell on Tuesday, ‎dropping 12 points (-0.11%) to close at 10,833.18. The ‎index opened 14 points above its previous close, but it ‎recovered some losses before the close; however, it still ‎ended in the red zone. Overall, 16 out of 21 sectors ‎closed in the red zone, and 91 shares rose while 159 ‎fell. Household & Personal Products Index (-0.4%), ‎Utilities (-1.9%), and Food & Beverages (-0.9%) sectors ‎contributed the most to the index decline. Stockwise, ‎ACWA (-1.7%), Alrajhi (-0.3%), and Maaden (-1.2%) were ‎the major contributors to the index decline. The ‎trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume and ‎value of -7% and -8%, respectively, to reach 255mn ‎shares and SAR 4.9bn in value traded.‎
