Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell on Thursday, dropping by 8 points (-0.1%) to close at 12,354. The index opened 6 points higher than its previous close, then gradually declined until the end of the session. Overall, 10 out of 21 sectors closed in the red zone, while 114 shares fell and 112 rose. Banks (-0.9%), Real Estate (-0.4%), and Capital goods (-1.1%) sectors contributed the most to the index fall. Stockwise, Al Rajhi Bank (-1.2%), Saudi National Bank (-1.2%), and Bank AlBilad (-2.0%) were the major contributors. The trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume and value of -27% and -13% respectively, to reach 252mn shares and SAR6.6bn in value traded.
