Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell on Sunday, dropping by -66 points (-0.6%) to close at 11,695. TASI started the session on a negative note, opening 6 points lower than the previous close and continued to decrease until the end of the session. Overall, 13 out of 21 sectors closed in the red zone, while 164 shares fell and 68 rose. Banks (-1.4%), Telecommunications (-1.3%), and Insurance (-1.5%) sectors contributed the most to the index fall. Stockwise, Al Rajhi Bank (-1.6%), Saudi National Bank (-1.6%), and Riyad Bank (-2.3%) were the major contributors. The trading activity witnessed a decreased in volume and value of -38% and -55%, respectively, to reach 142mn shares and SAR 2.6bn in value traded.
