Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell on Tuesday, dropping by -38 points (-0.3%) to close at 11,746. The trading session began positively, with an 8-point increase compared to the previous close, but gradually declined throughout the session to close at its lowest point. Overall, 11 out of 21 sectors closed in the red zone, while 157 shares fell and 86 rose. Banks (-0.4%), Utilities (-1.3%), and Telecommunications (-0.8%) sectors contributed the most to the index fall. Stockwise, ACWA Power (-1.5%), Alinma Bank (-2.2%), and Aramco (-0.4%) were the major contributors. The trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume of -13% to reach 334mn while the value increased by 6% to reach SAR6.8bn value traded.
