Tadawul Review: ‎

Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose on Sunday, gaining 124 points (+1.13%) to close at ‎‎11,078.68. The index opened 8 points above its previous close, but before closing it faced ‎selling pressure, yet remained in the green zone. Overall, 21 out of 21 sectors closed in the ‎green zone, and 184 shares rose while 64 fell. Banks (+1.5%), Materials (+2.1%), and ‎Telecommunication Services (+1.0%) sectors contributed the most to the index rise. Stockwise, ‎Alrajhi (+2.1%), Maaden (+4.0%), and SNB (+1.8%) were the major contributors to the index ‎rise. The trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume and value of -14% and -10%, ‎respectively, to reach 224mn shares and SAR 4.6bn in value traded.‎
