Tadawul Review: ‎

Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose on Tuesday, gaining 57 points (+0.51%) to close at 11,231.61. The index opened 3 points ‎below its previous close, but before closing it faced selling pressure, yet remained in the green zone. Overall, 12 out of 21 ‎sectors closed in the green zone, and 121 shares rose while 129 fell. Banks (+1.5%), Utilities (+2.0%), and Insurance (+2.4%) ‎sectors contributed the most to the index rise. Stockwise, Alrajhi (+2.5%), ACWA (+2.6%), and BSF (+1.9%) were the major ‎contributors to the index rise. The trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume of -1% to reach 304mn shares, while value ‎witnessed an increase of +1% to reach SAR 6.1bn in value traded.‎
