Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose on Sunday, gaining 128 points (+1.1%) to close at 11,854. The trading session began positively, with an 11-point increase compared to the previous close, and continued to rise gradually until the end of the session. In general, 21 out of 21 sectors closed in the green zone, and 207 shares rose while 35 fell. Materials (+2.3%), Banks (+0.5%), and Health care equipment and services (+3.3%) sectors contributed the most to the index rise. Stockwise, Maaden (+4.4%), Al Rajhi Bank (+0.6%), and Sulaiman Al Habib (+3.7%) were the major contributors. The trading activity witnessed an decrease in volume and value of -21% and -25%, respectively, to reach 214mn shares and SAR4.6bn in value traded.
