Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose on Sunday, gaining 10 points (+0.1%) to close at 10,956. TASI started the session on a positive note, opening 10 points higher than the previous close, then faced fluctuations during the session before closing in the green zone. In general, 12 out of 21 sectors closed in the green zone, and 145 shares rose while 97 fell. Health care equipment and services (+2.3%), Insurance (+0.7%), and Energy (+0.3%) sectors contributed the most to the index rise. Stockwise, Sulaiman Al Habib (+4.0%), Aramco (+0.3%), and Sabic (+1.6%) were the major contributors. The trading activity witnessed a decrease in volume and value of -17% and -30%, respectively, to reach 447mn shares and SAR3.4bn in value traded.
