Dr. Mohamad is a seasoned executive with a diverse experience of serving at senior managerial positions in financial and educational sectors. He has also an established track-record of setting up successful ventures as an entrepreneur. Dr Mohamad has closely interacted with various government agencies over the years. He is also currently serving as the chair of audit committees of leading financial service firms in investment, financing, and auto leasing in KSA. His key employment highlights include; Executive Vice President for Finance & Support Service and as Acting Head of Corporate Finance during 2008-2012 where he was responsible for a wide range of activities in finance, IT, and operations; Dean of College of Business Administration at Prince Sultan University and as Assistant Professor in King Saud University; Vice President at Elseif Development overseeing key functions of three diverse subsidiaries in tourism & travel, catering and health insurance. Dr Mohamad holds a PhD in Finance and a Master of Science in Economics from Lehigh University, USA, a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, USA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Saud University, KSA.

Dr. Saad Alsunbul is a Financial and Management Consultant certified by the Ministry of Commerce and an Insurance Specialist licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank. Dr. Saad held many executive positions in the financial and management consulting sector and contributed to many projects related to the development of financial and investment regulations, sustainable investment, investment strategies, asset allocation, and responsible investment for a number of companies and government agencies, in addition to his chairmanship and membership of many committees. Dr. Saad also worked in the insurance and risk management sector, where he worked as an Insurance Operations Supervisor, a Branch Manager, and then a Deputy Regional Manager at Arabia Cooperative Company for Insurance and Reinsurance. Dr. Saad also worked as a Research Assistant and Finance Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Economics at the University of New Orleans in the United States, where he worked on several research projects in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial risks. Dr. Saad managed the Executive MBA program at Al Yamamah University and worked as an Assistant Professor of Finance. Dr. Saad is currently working as the Director of the MBA Program and Assistant Professor of Finance at Prince Sultan University. Dr. Saad holds a Ph.D. in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Oklahoma City University, and a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from King Saud University. Dr. Saad specializes in investments, financial derivatives and hedging, financial modeling and valuation, private equity, insurance and risk management, fixed income securities, and personal financial planning.

Fawad is responsible for the overall management of the Tharaa Financial Center and currently serves as the Director of the center. Fawad carries over 19-year of experience in investment research, portfolio advisory, portfolio management and investment banking. Fawad has extensive experience of working with global investment service firms including Bank of America Merrill-Lynch, Macquarie Group and CITIC-CLSA. Fawad has served in senior roles in financial service firms in Pakistan and has also served as mentor, grader and judge for the annual CFA Research Challenge. Fawad has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi and holds a CFA charter.
